Eligibility Requirement:
Applicants must ensure that their startup operates within the scope of industrial sustainability. Applications that fall outside thisfocus area will not be considered.

Application & Processing Fee

• A non-refundable Application & Processing Fee of ₹5,000 is required to confirm participation in the Startup Pitch Battle.
• Payment must be completed through the official conference online registration portal.

Applicants must submit the payment confirmation receipt (screenshot or transaction proof) along with the completed application for verification.

In Case of Non-Selection
The evaluation process involves significant time, expertise, and resources from the organizing team and expert review panel. Therefore, the application and processing fee is non-refundable. However, startups whose applications are not selected will receive:

Applicants may submit either a completed application form or pitch deck via email to:

  Only submissions sent through the official email channels will be accepted

Application Guidelines:

• Responses to all application questions are mandatory
• Any unanswered section must be supported with clear and valid justification
• Applicants are strongly advised to review their submission carefully prior to sending
• No modifications will be permitted once the application is submitted
• Submission of a video pitch is mandatory for shortlisted startups
  Final Pitch Instructions (For Shortlisted Startups)
  If your startup is shortlisted, you will be required to present your pitch as follows:
  Elevator Pitch:
  A 30–40 second concise pitch summarizing your idea, problem, and solution.
  Presentation:
   A maximum 3-minute presentation.
  Can be submitted as a video (Google Drive, YouTube, Vimeo) or PPT.
  Must include customer reviews or feedback as a form of idea validation.
  Q&A Session:
  Followed by a question-and-answer session with the judges.
  Applicants must confirm their ability to deliver this format as part of the application.

Selection Authority
The shortlisting and final selection of startups for the Startup Pitch Battle shall be conducted solely at the
discretion of the designated Judge and Review Panel. All decisions made by the panel are final, binding,
and not subject to appeal.
Evaluation Criteria & Process
Applications will be assessed based on predefined internal evaluation criteria, including but not limited to
innovation, alignment with industrial sustainability, scalability, market potential, team capability, and
overall impact. The organizing committee reserves the absolute right to determine the eligibility and
suitability of any application.
No Obligation to Disclose Evaluation Details
The organizing committee and the Review Panel are under no obligation to disclose individual scores,
comparative assessments, deliberation details, or specific feedback concerning the selection or non-selection of any applicant.
